We cut stainless plate into countertops, worktops, benches and bar tops, to drawings, for people who have to install them. That is the whole business — no stone, no cabinets, no trading.
Because a shop that does stone, sheet metal, cabinets and stainless does none of them to a tolerance worth quoting. Plate work has its own problems — stress relief after cutting, heat input during welding, grain direction after machining — and they are only solved by doing the same operation every day.
The consequence is that we say no fairly often. No stone, no 1 mm sheet, no cabinets, no parts longer than 8000 mm. A supplier who says yes to everything is telling you what they think you want to hear.
We buy plate in 304 and 316L, in 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm, and we keep the mill certificate for every heat so the grade on your inspection sheet is traceable to a document rather than to a label. That is not a marketing claim — it is the minimum a fabricator needs in order to answer a food-contact question about a specific part.
Stone Zeng, Export Director. First email, quote, drawing check, inspection sheet and shipping documents all come from the same person, because on a custom order the questions that matter are dimensional and they are faster answered by whoever read the drawing.
Quotes go out within 24 hours, in your time zone. If a drawing has a problem, you hear it before the plate is cut. If your layout would be cheaper built a different way, you hear that too — including the times when the cheaper way is to buy less from us.

Four rules that came from things going wrong, not from a strategy document.
Most supplier pages show one beautiful object. That is the easy thing to show, because one object can be made well once. What a buyer is actually gambling on is whether the fourteenth one matches the first, and no single photograph answers that.

Both frames are ours, and both were taken on our stand. One is a deck set out around four functions — sink, prep bowl, hob and the screen that carries the glassware. The other is a whole island, deck and screen in the same material. What they show is not a flattering angle; it is where the openings sit and whether the surface runs into them without a step.
What they cannot show is a job in a building, because a stand is not a site. We hold installation photographs of real work and they are deliberately not used as countertop evidence: shot from three or four metres back, the worktop is a line rather than a surface. The project case therefore sets the job out in writing, and says plainly which frames are ours from the stand and what they do and do not prove.
Foshan, Guangdong, China — the fabrication cluster for stainless kitchen work in China, which is why the plate, the machining and the packing are all within a short drive of each other.
To get a number: a PDF, DXF, or a photograph of the joinery with dimensions written on it. That is enough. If it is a bench or a commercial job, add the load and the environment and the quote gets sharper.
