Foshan, China — stainless plate fabrication

Stainless countertops,
edges machined to ±0.05 mm.

We cut 5–10 mm stainless plate to your drawing — countertops, worktops and benches for cabinet makers, commercial kitchens and labs. Two things about that number before you read it as a headline: it is the machined edge — the cut, the fold and the square — checked against the drawing on a part sitting flat, not the flatness of an eight-metre sheet; and apertures are held to ±0.5 mm, because that is what a sink cut-out needs. There is no minimum: one set is a valid order. You get a measured quote in 24 hours — counted from the moment a complete drawing lands, on a Foshan working day, not from your first email.

Plate at this thickness is a different product from 1 mm sheet. It does not flex, it does not need a substrate, and it does not delaminate — because there is nothing laminated to it.

Why buyers send us drawings

Because the tolerance is on the drawing, not in a brochure. We quote against your dimensions, then cut, machine and inspect against the same numbers. If a dimension cannot be held, you hear it before the plate is cut, not after it lands.

We also tell you when a cheaper build does the job. On most kitchen layouts a 6 mm plate with a folded front edge beats a 10 mm slab on both price and handling — and we will say so in the quote.
